Born out of the belief that nature knows best, Natural Health is an ethos that encourages us to return to our most natural state.

Natural Health is an idea that we can all easily access a heightened state of wellbeing through simple acts in our daily lives!

Andy
Andy has been in the fitness industry since 2009, he is a strength & conditioning coach who specializes in movement, posture & corrective exercise. He is a passionate outdoors-man & you'll regularly find him in the ocean.
He has a holistic approach to coaching & understands we're all starting from a different place with different circumstances. However, his end goal when coaching is always the same...To improve quality of life & longevity.
With experience training people from all walks of life, Andy has gained a wealth of knowledge throughout his career & loves sharing everything he's learnt.
Chelsea
Chelsea is a women's specialist training coach, working with women at any stage in their life whether it's pre-natal or peri-menopausal.
Over 4 years working with hundreds of women she has gained a unique & deep insight into helping women attain their goals. Known for being laid back & nurturing, people always feel at ease when working with Chelsea.

A mountain dweller at heart she's happiest at altitude, but born & bred on the Cornish Coast.
