How Do You Score On The Stress Scale?

We all feel stressed at some point, that's life, but what if we told you there's an actual scale that you can use to rate your stress?


It's a quick set of questions to give you an insight into your stress load using the stress scale.

Your score is the sum of your answers, the higher the number, the higher your perceived level of stress. This can be a good indicator of whether or not it's something we need to address with lifestyle & mindset changes.
