Should you be exercise snacking?!

Here we go, another Cosmo special! Another "revolutionise your life" gimmick??

Well perhaps not...


Exercise snacking is not necessarily a new concept, rather, a re-packaged concept!

The premise of exercise snacking is:


Small, frequent bouts of exercise in place of lengthy, time-consuming workouts.

So...do we care?

Is it just another fad that we try for 2 days & go back to our lazy ways?


We think this all depends on the type of person you are...There's a few questions you can ask yourself:


  1. Do you struggle to find time to workout?

  2. Do you find it hard to stay focused on a workout when you're in it?

  3. Are you worried you're "not fit enough" to start a full routine?




If you've answered "yes" to any of the above, you might be a snacker!

If you work long days, have a napping toddler or just find 60 minutes overwhelming...Exercise snacking may be the best thing to happen to you!


Try exercise snacking:

  • 10 minutes stretch in the morning

  • 10 minutes Circuit at lunch

  • 8 Minute stretch or HIIT in the evening!
